For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we introduce you to our Senior Vice President of Sales, Beth Prunier. If you are a client, you might have met Beth throughout your journey with HR Acuity. Or, if you’re interested in learning more about HR Acuity, Beth is the person to talk to!
Beth Prunier began her journey with HR Acuity in 2019 as our Vice 
President of Sales. With more than 25 years of senior-level SaaS HR tech experience, Beth leads the sales team and drives the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy, focused on acquisition and retention of enterprise customers.
Beth has been with HR Acuity for almost a year and half, and in that short time, she has accomplished a lot! Specifically, she has led the Sales Team to have consecutive record-breaking quarters.

When we asked Beth, “Why HR Acuity,” she said she took three things into consideration – product, co-workers and customers. ”When I was in the process of searching for a new position, it was important to me that I work for a company whose product has a purpose, whose clients are taken care of and whose employees will continue to help me grow personally and professionally. HR Acuity checked all three of these boxes. I believe in our product, clients love the services we offer and I work with people who are smarter than me and continue to help me learn everyday.”
One of Beth’s favorite memories while at HR Acuity is when she attended a client event in New York City. At this time, Beth was brand new to the company. She went to support an HR Acuity client at an event in Manhattan. While she was there, Beth ran into Jennifer Garner and Camila Cabello! “It’s nice when work brings you to different places where you can meet new people and support your clients. But even more exciting when you get take pictures with celebrities!”
In Beth’s free time (which she has little of), she enjoys spending time on the beach and walking. Recently on her walks, Beth has been able to connect with friends who live around the country whom she hasn’t had the chance to see due to the pandemic. She also enjoys spending time with her two kids, Carly and Tim.
Beth plays an integral part in our organization. Her bright and fun personality keeps our days interesting and her immense knowledge of her trade brings us new ideas to implement every day. We are lucky to have her on the HR Acuity team. Thank you Beth!
