HR Acuity Employee Spotlight: Nathan Brush

For our last employee spotlight of the year, we introduce you to Account Executive Nathan Brush. A familiar face to many of you, Nathan has been with HR Acuity for almost three years now and is an integral part of the HRA team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at HR Acuity, Nathan works to grow Nathan Brushour client base through a consultative approach, aligning industry leading software solutions with client needs. He brings 13 years of sales and client management experience spanning Enterprise SaaS Software, Enterprise Employee Benefits, Financial Services and Insurance.

A surprising fact about Nathan is that prior to working in sales, Nathan graduated with an art degree.

When asked what drew Nathan to HR Acuity, he said, “What excited me about HR Acuity was that I believed in their mission and how they help a company protect their employees, reputation and create an inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed. As an employee, you want to be provided with the best possible experience and protect your company and HR Acuity helps other organizations achieve that.”

Since joining HR Acuity, Nathan has seen both personal and professional development. “I am fortunate to be an integral member of the HR Acuity team," he says. " I am part of something bigger than I could have imagined and I am able to create long lasting partnerships with leading  companies across the country.”

As a trusted advisor to our clients, Nathan consults with them to get ideas on how we can meet their needs or what customizations we can put in place to help them better navigate the system. One request that Nathan has often heard was that HR and employee relations pros need tools to empower their managers.

Luckily, HR Acuity is releasing our new product, managER, next year. “managER provides managers the tools they need to better do their job," Nathan says. "It’s an easy-to-use system that will allow managers respond to and document employee issues confidently and effectively, in real time. I’m looking forward to the release of this product.”

One of Nathan’s favorite memories at HR Acuity is attending the Employee Relations Roundtables each year. “I love that I can be a fly on the wall and listen to CHROs and ER leaders from around the country discuss best practices in employee relations. I learn so much at the Roundtable from my ER peers.”

When Nathan isn’t working, he likes to spend time with his wife and three boys who are six months, four and seven years old. He enjoys taking them fishing and teaching them how to play hockey.
