Cindy brings over three decades of corporate experience in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors. Her extensive leadership background includes roles in project management, government market sales, and global telco call centers. Notably, she led the global advisory board team at Oracle before joining Salesforce a decade ago. Cindy holds a BA in Economics, a Master of Science in Telecommunications, and an MBA with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior.
At Salesforce, Cindy has made significant contributions, including the successful launch of the first six industry advisory boards. She further advanced her career with Executive Programs, where she built a team and created Account-Based Programs focused on $10M and above customers, fundamentally transforming the go-to-market strategy.
Currently, Cindy leads the global Center of Excellence (COE) for the Employee Relations (ER) function. She is the architect behind the transformational strategy for ER, introducing smart technology, automation, and AI to elevate ER’s work, delivering valuable insights and trends to the business. Her leadership is reshaping the company’s approach to social geopolitical influences, employee experience, and standards while managing risks and fostering continuous
improvement. In October 2024, Cindy launched the inaugural Global Tech Employee Relations Forum, bringing together industry ER leaders for strategic conversations on the evolving workforce and the proliferation of AI.

With over 20 years of experience in labor and employment law, Judge Jones is a nationally recognized expert on Title VII compliance, workplace discrimination, bias mitigation, and generational diversity in the legal profession.
She trains law firms, corporations, and public agencies across the country, using humor, candor, and real-life scenarios to make the law practical and impactful. Known for her dynamic and engaging style, Judge Jones equips leaders and HR professionals with the knowledge and confidence to foster inclusive, legally compliant, and high-performing workplaces.
