New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s fight against harassment allegations took a new turn Tuesday with the release of a report from the state’s attorney general, Letitia James. Cuomo’s response to the report and his management of the crisis continue to provide important lessons for business leaders.
The 165-page report, according to the New York Times, found that Cuomo, “… sexually harassed multiple women, including current and former government workers, breaking state and federal laws and engaging in a pattern of unwanted touching and inappropriate comments… “
