Misconduct complaints made by men more likely to be investigated, survey finds

Oct 23, 2019

Employees are aware of where and how to report misconduct in the workplace, but about 4 in 10 lack confidence that anything will come of doing so, a new report indicates.

HR Acuity’s Employee Experience survey, conducted to mark the second anniversary of the #MeToo movement, polled more than 1,300 workers. Although men and women experience issues equally, those reported by men are 26 percent more likely to be investigated.
