The Employee Relations Leader Award

The first-ever Employee Relations Leader Award celebrates employee relations leaders who have made an exceptional impact on the direction and advancement in their organizations to create a healthy workplace culture, foster safety, fairness and transparency.

The award recognizes a leaders’ ability to inspire the ER community and encourages further excellence, accelerating their career advancement and broadening their influence, which in turn enhances their organization’s brand reputation and loyalty. 

The Employee Relations Leader Award is open to all organizations. Self-nominations are accepted and past honorees are eligible to participate again. Nominations will be open through July 31. Recipients will be announced at the 2024 Employee Relations Roundtable in September.
