The Employee Relations Leader Award

The Employee Relations Leader Award celebrates employee relations leaders who have made an exceptional impact on the direction and advancement in their organizations to create a healthy workplace culture, foster safety, fairness, and transparency.

These leaders elevate the employee relations function, drive innovation, demonstrate measurable results and shape the future of employee relations. They also uplift their teams, their business units and enhance the organization’s brand and reputation.

The award recognizes a leaders’ ability to inspire the ER community and encourages further excellence by honoring recipients, accelerating their career advancement and broadening their influence, which in turn enhances their organization’s brand reputation and loyalty. 

Nominate an ER professional who embodies these qualities and is making a difference, thinking courageously, confidently and boldly imprinting their mark on employee relations, their organization and the ER community.  

Nominations will be open from June 3 – July 15. Recipients will be announced at the 2024 Employee Relations Roundtable in September.
