• Leadership emphasis on data-driven insights from employee relations results in a 13 point spike with 86% of ER teams now responsible for data analytics.
• Centralization is standard best practice with 93% of organizations using a centralized or mixed model and specialization remains on the rise with 40% of organizations assign cases by line of business.
• Employee relations technology adoption gains traction with 75% of organizations now using a platform to manage ER and half (50%) storing ER and investigation documents in a case management system, resulting in greater confidence in reported data.
