Our Story

After over two decades in HR leadership, our founder and CEO Deb Muller saw firsthand how employee relations was handled — reactively, inconsistently and often in isolation.  

When things went wrong at work, whether it was a conflict, allegation or miscommunication, there was no strategy or technology — just patchwork solutions that left everyone frustrated.  

She realized that treating these issues more consistently and with clear processes would create better outcomes — not just for employees but for the entire organization. That insight sparked the creation of HR Acuity: A purpose-built platform designed to bring structure, consistency and data-driven insight to employee relations, helping companies protect their people, reduce risk and create workplaces employees are proud to be part of.
