For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we would like to introduce you to Jayme Pandorf, an Engagement Specialist at HR Acuity.
Jayme joined HR Acuity in November of 2020 as one of our (now one of many) remotely on-boarded employees. Jayme was previously with Just Works where she onboarded clients for payroll and benefits services. At HR Acuity Jayme still works with clients helping them onboard and configure the HR Acuity technology platform. 
What piqued Jayme’s interest when she applied for a position at HR Acuity was the atmosphere of the company. Jayme loved our CEO Deb Muller’s story of why she started the company and how passionate she was about creating safer and fairer workplaces. Jayme also was inspired by the number of women who are on the Leadership Team. Jayme believes that everyone truly has equal opportunities to excel in their role and career at the company.
Since beginning her role with HR Acuity, Jayme has accomplished great things. She has reworked the Product Strategy team’s client-facing implementation checklist. The implementation checklist is a document used to guide clients through the onboarding process. She has streamlined our new client onboarding process, delivering an even better experience as we welcome clients to HR Acuity. Jayme was also able to use knowledge from her previous roles and bring it to the HR Acuity team to increase client proficiency during training sessions which allows them to start using the HR Acuity platform faster.
An interesting story from Jayme’s time at HR Acuity is that she finally met her team for the first time in-person after 9 months of working here! Jayme was on-boarded virtually and never had the chance to meet the Implementation Team face-to-face until recently.
In her free time, Jayme enjoys hiking, kayaking, going to the beach and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her quarantine puppy,
Joey. They enjoy long walks together and are working on his socialization skills.
