For this months Employee Spotlight, we would like to introduce you to Susan Suhar, a Customer Success Manager at HR Acuity.
Susan has worked at HR Acuity for two years now. In her role as an Account Manager, she manages client relationships, renewals and keeps clients updated on new features and functionality.
Prior to working at HR Acuity, Susan worked in a similar role with clients in the HR industry. She liked that HR Acuity shared that space but took a unique approach of helping organizations and employees create safer workplaces.
Since joining HR Acuity, Susan’s role has grown rapidly. “During my time here, I’ve partnered with every department (product, marketing, sales, engineering, implementation, and business development) to meet our company initiatives and goals. In addition, the number of client accounts I manage has increased greatly.”
Susan’s favorite thing about HR Acuity is the people. “Everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you and answer questions. With WFH, everyone is willing to jump on calls whenever needed.”
When Susan isn’t on a call with clients or coordinating roll out plans, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. (Fun fact – Susan named her daughter, Madison, after her and her husband’s favorite restaurant in Hoboken, NJ.) Together they like to do crafts, puzzles and go to the beach. Madison has also become HR Acuity’s newest intern since we started working from home. We love seeing her on Zoom calls!
