We really needed a way to become more sophisticated and drive better recordkeeping. HR Acuity really provides us with some excellent reporting tools and allows us to get that high-level overview for executives so that they know what areas they need to put resources into and help us. With HR Acuity, one of the nice things that has happened is that everybody’s able to look into set of questions. We can use the templates to ensure that we’re really doing a good job of documenting concerns. And then that’ll help us to really hone in and focus our resources on those particular issues the way that we can make Mars the place that we want it to be and really bring our own associate concept to life.
