After serving in executive HR roles at numerous Fortune 500 companies like Honeywell, Citibank, and Marsh & McLennan, Deb launched HR Acuity to create technology with built-in expertise and equip organizations to manage employee relations more strategically.
Deb provides a wealth of real-world experience and guidance to help companies strengthen processes, transform workplace culture, and elevate employee relations as a strategic driver of business success.
As Chief Product Officer, Greg drives HR Acuity's product strategy to enhance the company’s services and user experience for customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
Greg joined HR Acuity from Rocketrip, an enterprise SaaS platform that reduces corporate cost by rewarding employees to spend below predicted travel costs. Previously, Greg lead Product at Investopedia, the world's largest financial and investment education platform, and at a collection of e-commerce brands. Greg has also lead product initiatives for Google, Lowe’s and American Express at agencies Huge and Digitas.
Greg received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two sons.
Vikas’s superpower is making the complicated simple. Having spent most of his career developing innovative technology to solve complex business problems, HR Acuity’s commitment to standardizing employee relations processes made joining the team a natural choice.
Vikas loves working with the HR Acuity team and customers because of their dedication to always think bigger and better. As the CTO, it’s no surprise that an insatiable fascination with technology drives him to build leading-edge solutions — hoping one day to harness AI and predictive algorithms — to drive organizational effectiveness and success.
Kevin Herendeen is CFO of HR Acuity. In this role, he oversees all the company’s financial activities, focused on improving profit margins and cashflow. Kevin has more than 30 years of finance and operational expertise across both large and small organizations. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Kent State University in Ohio and lives in the Cleveland area. He loves working at HR Acuity because of the #ALLIN culture, the dedicated colleagues and the strong belief that HRA is a purpose-driven organization that is making a difference in the world.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Beth Prunier drives the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy, focused on acquisition and retention of enterprise customers. She joined HR Acuity in July 2019 after more than 25 years of senior-level SaaS HR tech experience, most recently as SVP of Sales at the career platform company WayUp. Beth has a successful track record building high performance sales teams focused first on the needs of the customer.
A proven senior sales executive, Beth has held executive leadership roles at CareerBuilder, Simply Hired and Intercall.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. A Boston native, she currently lives in New York City.
Change is one of Mimi’s greatest passions. In her work facilitating adoption and implementation for HR Acuity clients, she loves seeing both the product and client’s processes evolve through the change management process to achieve a better workplace environment and better business operations.
Mimi’s deep experience in IT and client engagement and an impressive ability to understand client needs equips her to drive unmatched client satisfaction and results. A champion for structured processes, Mimi is determined to see a day when every people manager is equipped with the power of HR Acuity.
Pat McParland leads all aspects of marketing for HR Acuity, including branding, digital marketing, product marketing and lead generation. She is a B2B marketing veteran who has led product and marketing teams for industry leaders including Dun & Bradstreet, Dow Jones and Honeywell, as well as multiple startups. Most recently, Pat headed marketing for Opus.com, a risk management and compliance startup whose third-party risk management platform was acquired by procurement leader Coupa.com. She holds a B.A. in English from the College of William & Mary. Pat loves working at HR Acuity because of how happy the customers are with the product, the important needs it solves and the positive work environment.
