Deb is driven by an obsession to do things the right way, particularly in employee relations, where she has spent her career championing excellence and effectively managing workplace investigations.
After serving in executive HR roles at numerous Fortune 500 companies including Honeywell, Citibank, and Marsh & McLennan, Deb launched HR Acuity to create technology with built-in expertise and equip organizations to manage employee relations more strategically.
Deb provides a wealth of real-world experience and guidance to help companies strengthen processes, transform workplace culture, and elevate employee relations as a strategic driver of business success.
Deb holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MA in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland.
Now an empty nester, Deb enjoys spending time with her husband and pups, waiting for November to buy candy corn on sale and searching for the last elusive cans of TaB soda.
Gretchen leads company-wide transformation initiatives, driving cross-functional efficiencies, optimizing value and ensuring HR Acuity has the right processes, metrics and technology in place to enable rapid growth. She joined HR Acuity in September 2021 after over 20 years as a business strategy and organizational development leader.
In her most recent role at AppRiver, Gretchen led strategic programs, where she launched their M&A practice and built out a strategic alliance and partner enablement program. She’s also held leadership roles at the University of West Florida Center for Cybersecurity and simpleview.
Gretchen is passionate about building a strong corporate culture and believes all employees want to have purpose and understand “why it matters” when doing their day-to-day work. She feels it’s important for every team member to have a voice and way to contribute. It’s not rocket-science, it’s people-science.
Gretchen has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development from Spring Hill College and Master of Science in Management from Troy University. She’s also a Certified Executive Coach.
Outside the office, Gretchen is an all-around sports enthusiast and was a fastpitch softball All-American NCAA college athlete. She’s also an aspiring coder and a staunch advocate for women and girls in STEM. Married to her husband of 16 years and a mother of 2 girls, she’s a Florida girl who loves the beach.
As Sr. Vice President, Marketing, Kate is responsible for leading the team to ensure our marketing strategy and vision come to life, helping to grow our business, developing our employee relations category and community, and driving customer loyalty.
Kate comes to HR Acuity from Corcentric, a procurement, accounts payable and billing solutions provider, where she built the marketing function from the ground up and advanced into a number of leadership roles to grow market share throughout her 15-year tenure. In her last position, Kate led Corcentric’s successful corporate re-branding strategy to reposition the company as a leader in the procure-to-pay space. One year post-brand unification, the company realized a 20% increase in pipeline, several significant new partnerships, and was named a leader in key sourcing, procurement and payments analyst reports.
A graduate of Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Kate lives in southern New Jersey with her husband and two children. In her spare time, you can find her on a sports field watching her children play , hiking, camping and travelling to national parks.
As Sr. Vice President, Product, Diane will lead, develop and inspire the team who brings our product vision to life, drive growth and deliver relevant and highly valuable products and features to our clients. She will also help with growing and operating a high-performing, cross-functional product development process.
Diane comes to HR Acuity from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where she led the product team responsible for UKGs Talent Management portfolio of products. Prior to that, Dianne was at 15Five, where she served as Chief Product Officer, focused on disruption in the performance management category. She spent much of her career in product roles at ADP, and she also served as a Director of HR Tech and Operations while at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Dianne has extensive experience in the HR technology space, and she deeply understands the HR buyer and user personas, as well as the needs of employees and managers.
Dianne lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she likes to golf, play pickleball and is a longtime fan of the NY Yankees. Dianne and her family love to travel and have spent many summers in her father’s hometown of Olib, Croatia. Dianne also loves to bake and is forever on a quest to make the perfect French macaron.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin manages financial operations to support the company’s rapid growth as well as leading the facilities and procurement teams. He does his best work in fast growing organizations, collaborating with colleagues and developing high-performing teams that elevate organizations to the next level. He enjoys building relationships, strong cultures and has a track record of doing this for the companies he’s been a part of.
Most recently Kevin started Choice Finance, an outsourced Fractional CFO business, working with several clients in building their financial organizations for growth. Prior to that, Kevin served as Chief Financial Officer of Fathom Digital Marketing where he was a 2-time finalist for Cleveland Crain’s CFO of the Year.
Kevin earned a BS with a major in Accounting from Kent State University and his CPA while working for KPMG.
Kevin loves traveling with his family, especially to Hawaii where he was married and lived for 4 years (and was featured on an episode of “Hawaii Life.” He is also a die-hard sports fan of The Ohio State University and all Cleveland professional teams. Kevin resides in Aurora, Ohio.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Beth drives the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy, focused on acquisition of enterprise customers. She has a successful track record building high performance sales teams focused first on the needs of the customer.
Beth joined HR Acuity in July 2019 after more than 25 years of senior-level SaaS HR tech experience, most recently as SVP of Sales at the career platform company WayUp. A proven sales executive, Beth has held executive leadership roles at CareerBuilder, Simply Hired and Intercall.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
In her free time, Beth enjoys traveling with friends and family. A Boston native, she is an ardent fan of the New England Patriots (and now the Tampa Bay Bucaneers with Tom Brady!) and the Boston Red Sox.
Michael currently oversees customer success, professional services and technical support teams for HR Acuity.
There are two things that define his leadership philosophy: 1) creating world class customer experience and 2) assembling amazing teams that are enabled to provide that world class customer service. Michael has lead customer facing teams and has learned that customers – both internal and external – are the most important part of any business.
Prior to joining HR Acuity in March 2021, Michael led customer success and account management teams at iCIMS. He has also held leadership roles for Apple and Best Buy.
If Michael is not in the office, you can probably find him in a gym or on a comic convention floor. Michael is also passionate about mentoring others to develop into future leaders.
Rebecca is responsible for HR Acuity’s talent acquisition and retention strategy as well as driving employee relations capability and effectiveness across customers, prospective customers and employees with the goal of elevating the impact of employee relations.
Her most recent roles with Ingersoll Rand and Krispy Kreme gave her the opportunity to do a deep dive into the world of talent. In addition, Rebecca was lucky enough to live in Paris, France for 3 years and lead the HR function in EMEA during her time with KONE.
Rebecca holds a Master of Human Resources degree from the University of South Carolina and a BA from Northwestern University.
Since returning to the States, she’s embraced the hobby of making sourdough bread, which her two boys appreciate, and she balances that with walking her dog and yoga. She lives in beautiful Charlotte, but as a native Floridian, is constantly dreaming of being on a warm sunny beach.
Paul heads up the technology team at HR Acuity.
As a lifelong technologist and developer, he has a hands on approach and prefers to lead by example. Paul is passionate about implementing processes and systems to allow HR Acuity to be agile and responsive to our customers needs, so that we continue to deliver products that delight our customers. He understands the rapidly evolving nature of technology and the importance of adapting our usage in order to provide a competitive edge for our platform and business.
As a native Brit, Paul very much enjoys watching soccer. He also an avid audiophile.
