2019 Roundtable Agenda
(subject to change)

  • HR Acuity Client Pre-session (new this year!): A special pre-event meeting exclusive for HR Acuity clients will include:  a first look at new product features, an interactive session on calculating the ROI of ER, a chance to provide enhancement ideas and feedback to the HR Acuity leadership and product team plus a networking lunch.
  • Employee Relations Documentation: What are the best (and most compliant) practices for capturing complete and consistent information on everyday issues, policy violations, investigation interviews, and more
  • Mental Health: Working with employees who are managing mental health issues is becoming more and more frequent.  This session will allow for an open discussion on your team's involvement, additional resource requirements, preparation for crisis management, effective methods of triage, and more.
  • The Legal Perspective: Gain insights from both sides – an informative and lively discussion from a plaintiff attorney and a defending attorney
  • ER and Policies: Conflicting state and regional laws can make managing employee relations policies even more complex then usual.  Join the participants in discussion about what's worked and what hasn't.  Consider knew ways to manage policies and practices as well as how to work amongst your functional groups in this session.
  • The Power of Data: As organizations start to recognize employee relations as a strategic imperative, the demands for data becomes real.  Learn and discuss how fellow roundtable participants are capturing and delivering data in an impactful way to their stakeholders.
  • “Hot Topic” Breakout Sessions: Extend the conversations.  We will use "parking lot" items from each formal session to create breakout sessions to allow the conversations to continue.  Shared summaries of these sessions will be made available so you won't feel as if you are missing out.
  • Cocktails and Conversations: Keep on sharing and networking in a relaxed environment
