HR Acuity Employee Spotlight: Keith Cloutier

“Two things that I enjoy most about HR Acuity are the people and the opportunities. The company culture is so welcoming and the opportunities to grow and learn are endless.” – Keith Cloutier, Senior SDR.  

Keith joined HR Acuity in January of 2020 as a Sales Development Representative. “I was interested in joining the HR Acuity Team because it was a great start-up company that practices what they preach – building better workplaces.” Keith saw it as an opportunity for professional growth  as HR Acuity was really beginning to take off.   

And – since joining HR Acuity, Keith has capitalized on the opportunity! He joined the Sales Team as a Sales Development Representative where he took right to his role. Keith quickly became a successful SDR, meeting his quotas and exceeding expectations. In the beginning of 2021, Keith was promoted to a Senior SDR. A typical day for Keith includes identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities and managing an effective client database. He also trains new SDRs who join the team and provides them with tips and tricks of the trade.  

Some of Keith’s favorite memories at HR Acuity so far have been the Wednesday Hump Day activities. He enjoys connecting with the team, playing games and having fun outside of work activities. “Deb(HR Acuity’s CEO)has made sure that we all stayIMG_2549 connected during our time working remotely. Our Hump Day activities give the whole team something to look forward to during the week.” 

Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing golf.  He usually plays 2-3 rounds of golf per week. Keith also just moved out of New Jersey to Baltimore, Maryland where he will be working as a remote employee full-time. (Congrats on your new place!)
