Deb Muller:
Welcome to the HR Acuity 2023 Employee Relations Roundtable. We are in Nashville. It is certainly bigger, better and I know it’s going to be bolder than it’s ever been. So thank you for being part of this. We’re thrilled that you’re here.

Deb Muller:
The Roundtable started in 2015 as just an idea — sort of my Field of Dreams: If we build it, will they come? Now it’s grown so much. We have over 100 leaders here from the biggest companies in the world.

Deb Muller:
There is no other employee relations event like this. We don’t like to call it a conference — it’s really a discussion. It’s two days of discussions, getting together with your peers and talking about your challenges, sharing freely your best practices that are going on.

Amy Manning:
The camaraderie, and just understanding that so many people are going through the exact same thing I am right now, makes me feel so comfortable going into my role. I know I’m going to take some fresh new ideas back to my organization.

The opportunity to really connect with others who understand the work that you do, the challenges that you face and getting an infusion of new ideas is invaluable.

What’s next for HR Acuity? One of our values is to be bold and that is what we continue to do right now. We have over 400 global clients — that’s going to grow. We have over 4,000 members of our empowER community — that will skyrocket.
We’re continuing to see employee relations grow not just because we’re doing it, but because organizations are understanding this is a critical process. We are the leaders who are going to take these thought leaders and organizations to the next level for their employees and for their organizations.
