So I think HR Acuity has really helped us with our credibility in the business. We had a lot of manual processes and it’s really helped to automate and streamline. It’s been a really powerful tool in helping us have insights, data at our fingertips, the ability to produce reporting for our C-Suite leadership as needed, where hotspots are, how we can action. And that’s really been able to provide us the ability to have insights and and have those really candid conversations with our business leaders to drive change.
