If you’ve been to Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina, chances are you’ve seen Sheetz’s stores and iconic red signs dotting the landscape, stopped for gas or even eaten some “Nachoz.” Sheetz is an institution in the region, and is committed to its customers, employees and communities in which it operates.
We had the privilege of visiting the Sheetz headquarters last month to meet the HR and employee relations team and interview leaders Mandy McManus, Manager of HR Business Partners, and Lainie Snider, Manager of Employee Relations. We found a thoughtful, accomplished team devoted to the company and its employees – and a culture full of good fun.
