[0:00] What HR Acuity has been able to provide to me is a great deal of ability to drive efficiency in everything I do with regards to my cases—from reporting to data entry to the ability to tell a story I was not able to tell before. That certainly adds value to our function as well as the employee experience.
[0:30] With HR Acuity, one of the things we’ve benefited from as a team is real-time visibility into everything happening in our function. At any given time, I can see what my colleagues are working on, and vice versa—something that did not exist prior to HR Acuity.
[1:00] What has definitely exceeded expectations goes back to just post-implementation. Because the system was new, the support we received was phenomenal. Without that, we probably wouldn’t be as effective as we are today in our reporting. The customization and availability of the support team—being there ready to help us in real time and very hands-on—made all the difference.
