Our guest speaker, Natalie Ivey, is President and CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc., (RPC) a company she founded in 2002. Natalie assists clients in minimizing risk exposure in employment practices and conducting internal investigations. She also helps clients develop internal capabilities within HR, risk management, and ethics departments to improve compliance with U.S. laws and increase effectiveness in managing investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workers’ compensation and disability fraud.
Natalie is the author of two books, including How to Conduct Internal Investigations: A Practical Guide for Human Resource Professionals, which has received great book reviews in both the Society for Human Resource Management’s publication, HR Magazine, and ASIS International’s publication, Security Management magazine.
